Refund policy

In efforts to protect designers' copyrights, all cross stitch patterns are final sale items and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Other items may be eligible for a return provided that the items are unused, uncut, and in the same condition that it was received in.

Returned items must be received back within 30 days of purchase and the returned shipping cost will be your responsibility.  

Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, personalized items, printed/downloadable pdf patterns.

An approved refund will be credited via the original method payment unless store credit is requested.

Sew Xtra is not liable and/or responsible for lost return packages.  Please consider purchasing shipping insurance on high valued items.
